today i did a lot of brainstorming. I decided that today i wouldnt start the stories but i would get some ideas written down so that i don't get writers block next time. I brainstormed three major short stories. One of which i began to write on, but i felt that it wasnt going anywhere so i just tossed it (saved it but stopped writing it) I think the other two stories have some good potential though. Both of them are about issues that many people in the world deal with. Probably some of the people in our school as well. I'll have to do some more brainstorming about the types of feelings i am going to put in with the stories to make them more believable. Next class im going to start expanding on one of the ideas that i had.

Today, i began the day with my start up writing as if i were a bird cage of whom the occupant just died. Once i was done with that i moved on to begin my first short story. I titled it she's not dead. Its about a teenagee girl who has been cutting herself for a few years now. I want it to show some of the struggles in some peoples lives. and what other people could be going through. i got done about two and a half pages, but i think it is a bit choppy in places, so i'll need to fix that up. But for now i'm hitting a kind of dead end on thoughts for that story, so next class i might jump around a bit (not literally,) onto my next story. Also today i did some research for the name of a character in my first story. Basically that is all i did today.

Today, i did this mornings start up. I imagined why a teacher might contemplate changing jobs. After that i began working on my story She's Not Dead. But after i wrote about a page i got writers block so i tried to go online to get knew ideas. but i couldnt really find any. then i started a new story about a guy who found his one true love, didnt even ask her name. but then she dissapeared. but then i got writers block on that too... i didn't get a lot done today but i did as much as possible.

Today i started with the start up as usual. I wrote ten reasons why you shouldnt bathe for a week. After that i began working on my story. I decided to change the stories name because she's not dead didn't fit it. so i changed it to forever yours. i wrote a couple pages today, and i think i am getting somewhat close to the end of this story. also i filled about a bit more brainstorming about this story, because i wanted to add some info. So far i think i am doing pretty good on using my time well, and i really like my story.

Today i started out with my start up, ten things i would buy with my last twenty dollars. After that i started working on my story forever yours. i finally finished it, and it ended up being seven pages long. next class I'm probably going to do a peer revision with catie. Also today, i put together my collection of poems that were in my free writing page, as part of my final project. I still have about eight pages of writing to do to reach the number of pages that i need. But after i do my peer revision i am going to revise my forever yours story. Then maybe i will do my teacher conference. i dont really know. But so far i think im doing really good.

Today i started with my start up. seven reasons to turn down a marriage proposal. After that me and catie printed our stories and peer revised them. when we were done, i made the necessary corrections to my story. THen i saved it to this page. After that i finished putting my poems together. I still have eight pages left to complete. Next class i am going to start brainstorming for my next story that will hopfully complete my project.

Today i started with my start up, from the view of a knife in a theifs pocket. After that, i started brainstorming my second story, i decided what the girls name would be. I gave details about what she was like. Then i brainstormed the guy, i couldnt decide a name, but i knew what he would be like. I started writing the story, and got about two pages done. it's written in a diary format in the girls view. About halfway through the two pages, i researched irish male names and decided the guys name would be Ciaran Ualter. next class im going to continue my story. I think it's going to be a good story.

I began the day with my start up as usual. five things that i would do to entertain myself if i didnt see a soul for seven days. After that i began working on my story About Ciaran and Aislynn, i decided how the story was going to end and wrote about two pages today. Also i began peer editing amelias story but i didnt finish because i ran out of time. Next class im going to finish doing that and then continue writing my story.

Then i printed out my story and gave it to amelia so she could peer revise it while i peer revised hers. once i was done with her story, i began writing a bit more on mine. i wrote about another page and a half i have to start to close the story soon though i think. because im almost at twenty pages. i could go on longer though. Next class i am going to go through and edit my paper with the revision amelia gave me. Also i will probably try and get a teacher conference for the class after that. I think i am almost done with my project though. Well even though i will still have to edit and stuff.

Today i did my start up. Then i immediatly began writing my story. Today i finished it, it had eight pages, i was going to make it more, but the ending was perfect so i didnt. i have just the right amount of pages for the final assignment. next class i am going to trade papers with someone so i can do my final peer revision, then i will give it to mrs gill so i can get my teacher conference out of the way.

Today i did my start up as usual. I printed out a copy of Ciaran, and started to edit it. Then Kat asked me to edit her paper, so i did that. She is a really good writer. Then when i was done with that i finished editing my paper. It wasn't a very eventful day, but i'm just making more and more progress towards the final product.

Today i did my start up in the beginning of class as usual. After that i re edited my Ciaran paper with the revisions i lost last class. After that i printed out two copies of my forever yours story, one for the teacher edit. The other was for me to do my self revision for. It is a good story and i like it alot, because i haven't found a lot of things that need fixing. next class i will probably get very close to finishing up my project.

today i did my start up. fifty things i would never do, some of them were pretty funny. then i finished editing my forever yours paper. and i typed up the revisions. after that i just looked over my stories to make sure that they were good. hopefully next time i get to do my teacher conference.

today at first i didn't do much. I was waiting to get my teacher conference done. finally i got called for the teacher conference and mrs. gill told me what i needed to fix in my paper. After that, i got back to my computer and finished editing my forever yours paper with the corrections that mrs. gill gave me. next class i am going to finish up, by editing my Ciaran paper with things like run ons and comma splices. After that i will be done.
